The bouquet has Paringa’s distinctive savoury plum & cracked black pepper/spice characters. The palate has rich, spicy plum, blackberry & licorice characters combined with fine grained tannins that provide excellent structure, texture & length to the wine. 96 pts - JHalliday Matured for 18 months in new and 1yo French barriques. Despite identical vinification to the Estate, this power-packed shiraz is in blackberry and plum territory from the outset; licorice, cracked black pepper and full, ripe tannins provide complexity and depth of a high order.
