100% fermented in French oak barriques (25% new) then maturated for 14 month on lees.
Pale yellow with green tints. Nectarine flavours dominate the nose with stonefruit characters and mineral flavours also evident. The palate is elegant, fine, long and intense with almost invisible vanilla oak characters on the finish. Have it with seafood, white meat and cheeses from now to 2021.
