Excellent purple-crimson colour, deep but clear; a kaleidoscopic mix of red cherry, black cherry, plum, spice and a twist of herb; the supple palate is largely fruit-driven, but there are complexities pointing to the probability of a small percentage of whole bunch fermentation, and certainly maturation in quality French oak.
