Deep ruby color. An expressive nose features notes of cassis, plum and hints of wood spice. There is lovely detail and punch to the solidly concentrated flavors that deliver fine depth on the balanced finish. This is a full-on example with a slightly extracted character that will need a few years of bottle age to soften.
