6 years on lees and 5g/l of dosage to placate a straight chardonnay from, arguably, the coolest site in the Yarra. It works a treat. Doughy. Brioche. Slatey to chalky mineral seams of thrumming intensity. And yet, just generous enough. Impeccably tuned.
