All elegance and generosity, this vintage pours just to the coral side of pink, with a rich, medium bead. Get your nose in it and you'll be transported to an apple orchard that's seen recent rain, enticing you towards a palate of strawberry leaf, vanilla pods, rosehips, and a hint of balancing salinity—a lightly salted pink macaron that's every bit as delicate and rewarding as it looks. Pair with good weather (and maybe some macarons).
There's a softness to the texture and a redcurrant aspect to the flavour but the finish sails on as if it's a bundle of energy. There's a glossy sweetness to the palate but it comes to you at pace; it remains refreshing.
