2013 Paringa Estate Pinot Noir, Mornington Peninsula

Double Gold: 2016 Six Nations Wine Challenge Gold Medal: 2014 Royal Melbourne Wine Awards Gold Medal: 2014 Mornington Peninsula Wine Show Gold Medal: 2015 Victorian Wine Show Gold Medal: 2015 Winewise Small Vigneron Awards 2013 vintage on Mornington Peninsula produced pinots with great colour, concentrated flavours and excellent quality. Paringa Estate pinot was de-stemmed (100%), open fermented and matured over 11 months on lees in French Oak barrels (40% new). The resultant wine has complex lifted aromas of red fruit / dark cherries supported by spicy, savoury oak. The palate has attractive spicy dark cherry flavours, fine grained tannins that combine to produce a lovely textural mouthful.
