The name “The Paringa” denotes the single vineyard origin of this wine. Fruit for this wine is sourced from nine rows of 26 year old P58 clone chardonnay planted on East – West rows directly outside the winery doors, the "Winery Block"". The bouquet of this wine is a complex mix of nectarine, citrus and funky indigenous yeast aromas. The palate has similar citrus and stone fruit flavours along with beautiful texture and length. This is an “older world” style of Chardonnay combining both elegance and complexity.
