Very deep purple/red colour, concentrated black fruit aromas, tinged with espresso coffee and chocolate. The tannins are grainy and powdery, leaving a dry aftertaste. Very good: rich, dense, smooth and round, with a glossy texture. Big cellaring potential.21 SEP 2015

Huon Hooke The Real ReviewAs with prior vintages, has both mourvedre and a little viognier in its make-up. The strong backbone of tannins is presently obvious, but has a rich potpourri of black fruits that cope well with the tannins, both boding well for the future. Gold medal National Wine Show ?15.
