Black cherry in colour. Shaved dark chocolate, wild fennel, mulberries and earth are all evident on the nose. Hints of custard and blackberry vines.
Caramelised beetroot with hints of sweet balsamic vinegar and mulberry jam dominate the palate. A beautifully integrated and complex wine. Excellent balance with fine lingering linear tannin.
