100% fermented in French oak barriques (25% new) then maturated for 14 month on lees.
Pale yellow with green tints. Nectarine flavours dominate the nose with stonefruit characters and mineral flavours also evident. The palate is elegant, fine, long and intense with almost invisible vanilla oak characters on the finish. Have it with seafood, white meat and cheeses from now to 2021
.Barrel-fermented and matured in French oak, kept on lees for 12 months. Grapefruit, white peach and nectarine ring bell-clear throughout, oak a largely irrelevant adjunct. While thoroughly enjoyable now, will flourish in bottle for a minimum of 10 years.
