This quality wine was produced on a certified Biodynamic, carbon Neutral and naturally powered estate. This wine is a blend of 72% Petit Verdot and 28% Malbec. It was naturally fermented, basket pressed and then matured for 17 months in seasoned French oak.
Vibrant deep purple. Violet floral notes complement dark fruit and spicy notes. Palate is structured and dense with plums, bitter chocolate and a hint of sweet spice. Fantastic refined tannins carrying a very long finish. Cellar up to 15 years.
