Brilliant, very pale straw in colour with a youthful green hue, the wine displays intense aromas of fresh gooseberry, lychee, passionfruit and lime with lifted blackcurrant and dried herb notes.
The palate displays punchy, vibrant fruit flavours of guava, passionfruit and lime combined with a fine delicacy of acid . Structure and layers of texture are resultant of yeast lees maturation.
The Wisdom Sauvignon Blanc is a fine example of Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc, which may be enjoyed while youthful or will gain complexity with 2 - 3 years of careful cellaring .
