The 2014 Majella Merlot is a very refined and elegant wine showing great Merlot fruit characteristics on the palate, with more than a little earthiness and "forest floor" characters.The colour is a deep, brooding red, with a typical earthy and yet floral nose, showing hints of strawberry and aniseed and leading to great length on the finish. Cellar 8-10 years.
