Mouton Cadet Reserve Graves Blanc is a blend of classic varieties Semillon (77%) , the typical white grape varietal of the Graves appellation, giving the wine minerality and sauvignon Blanc (19%) which brings fresh, fruity and floral aromas and Muscadelle (4%) which gives freshness. The wine is a glittering pale yellow with a lightly greenish tint. After initial impression of minerality (flint) the nose opens up on fresh citrus notes, especially grapefruit, going on to develop typical aromas of Sauvignon and Semillon (ripe apricot). The palate is fresh and stylish with a distinctively flinty, mineral cast, followed by all the complexity of the fruit found on the nose: citrus fruit, box and yellow fruit. The finish lingers.
