Mid red with a bright red core. Notes of bright raspberry, dark cherries, rose petal, jelly crystals and deli meats. Bright and vibrant on the palate with notes of jellied fruits, cherry drops and strawberries and cream, with subtle hints of rose water. Sappy through the mid-palate with a lovely interplay of creamy/ leesy texture. The gentle, chalky sappy texture runs the length of the palate finishing with hints of white pepper, aromatic wood and a hint of deli meat.
