2014 Two Hands Gnarly Dudes Shiraz, Barossa Valley

Deep dark red with a black core Notes of blackberry, black cherry, nougat and fresh baking spices. Vibrant and bright across the palate, this full-bodied Shiraz has hints of fresh fruit and a cleansing acidity, along with freshly crushed dark berries, and complexing notes of black pepper and incense. Tannins are quite gritty and drying with a slight powdery edge, but run long providing excellent length and depth to the palate. Notes of sandalwood, patchouli, and nougat round out the palate.
