Here the equally fresh nose is more deeply pitched with its spiced plum, violet, lavender and sandalwood scents. There is terrific punch to the medium-bodied flavors that possess a bit more mid-palate stuffing with ample salinity and detail on the moderately structured and beautifully persistent finish. This is very Vosne in character but it's Vosne with minerality and energy.
