The Roero Arneis is a pleasant white wine, straw-colored with golden reflections. It has an extensive, fragrant bouquet, with hints of fresh fruit, acacia flowers and honey. The taste is dry, harmonious, with good body and flavor.
It is a superb accompaniment with hors d'oeuvres, with mild dishes such as plain risottos or asparagus risotto, gnocchi alla bava, or fish without sauce.
This Roero Arneis is stunning. Aromas of ripe pear, white flowers and spice characterize the nose. The palate is fresh, displaying vibrant minerality and tight acidity, and is balanced by a creamy texture.
The finish is long and subtle. Have it with pasta or roasted poultry and especially with grilled vegetables.
