Glazed pastry, sourdough and green nectarine aromas dominate. So lightly toasty and fresh. There’s yeast and a clotted cream character that add a sense of depth. Finely detailed.
The palate is creamy and textural with a delicate with a lacy web of acidity interwoven throughout. Cream, yeast, granny smith apples and buttery pastry flavours flow along before finishing with a preserved-lemon like tang. Flavoursome, complex and vibrant from start to finish.
