Hand-picked, crushed into small open fermenters for cold soak, then warm-fermented, 9 months maturation in French oak (40% new). Vivid hue; a garden of red flower scents on the bouquet. The palate is full and textured with cherry and dark berries, supported by well integrated fine tannins leading to a long elegant finish.
