Taken from old vines on a small family owned parcel in the area of Les Blovac. These organic grapes are harvested by hand before a long temperature controlled fermentation and gentle extraction. It sees a small dose of sulphur (SO2) before being bottled without filtration. It is a dark, full bodied wine with hints of chocolate and dark dense fruits.
