Serafino black label wines are selected from the estate grown individual vineyards blocks in McLaren Vale. Once destemmed the grapes are fermented in 4 tonne open fermenters.
Once tannins and colour extraction are achieved and malolactic fermentation is complete the wines spends up to one year in new and one year in old French and American hogsheads.
The end product is deep red with purple hues. Complex nose with black fruits and quality oak is seamlessly fused with hints of chocolate also evident.
The full-bodied cabernet sauvignon shows flavours on black fruits enhanced by integrated quality oak.
The flavours linger seamlessly with the even tannins finish. Enjoy it with lamb roast now and until 2030+.
