Made by Frogmore Creek wines, 42 degrees south relates to the central latitude of Tasmania. This is an complex chardonnay, which means pure fruit expression is the go here. Aromas of white stone fruits, yellow citrus, dairy and nuts float out of the glass. Meanwhile the palate is lighter-bodied and creamy, with succulent citrus flavours, a nice line of flinty acidity, and a fresh, frisky finish. A nice chilli and lime marinated chicken would be awesome with this!
Fresh and crisp. Light carbonic bubble bringing freshness to the palate. Light citrus flavours with minerality. Well balanced.
