The grapes were pressed directly to French pungeons for wild fermentation and 10 months maturation on lees.
The compexity, intensity and depth of this wines strikes like an arrow the moment it enterrs the mouth. It is Beechwrth wih a twist, more elegant than many from the region.
New oak was kep to 30%, even the slightly funky solids aromas likewise under control. Drink not - 2026.
