The wine was fermented and matured in French oak for 14 months, the malbec lees-stirred (batonnage), but we don't know what the percentage of malbec was, nor the duration or frequency of the stirring (nor how the barrel fermentation was achieved). This is a very interesting and enjoyable wine with lots of discussion points.
