The sleek, caressing and plump medium-bodied flavors possess solid mid-palate density while exhibiting fine depth on the citrusy, clean and agreeable dry and refreshing finish. While this supple effort could actually be enjoyed young, I would be inclined to give it 4 to 7 years of cellar time first.
