‘Medium yellow with a green tinge. Knockout creamy aromas of tangy orange zest, ripe pineapple and chlorophyll, plus a suggestion of coffee. Thick and utterly seamless, with racy acidity and uncanny lift contributing to an impression of finesse. Remarkably light on its feet for a wine with such bulletproof fruit. This is almost painful on the extremely long, rising finish, which features building notes of spices, licorice and crushed stone. Obviously a wine from a great terroir. Drink: ’
