‘Medium yellow; looks thicker than the Mâcon-Villages. Pure scents of apple, white peach and acacia flower. Juicier and firmer than the Mâcon-Villages, with a sound spine of lemony acidity keeping the fairly intense orchard fruit flavors under wraps today. This racy wine displays a slightly tart aspect but also a lovely touch of sweetness. I'd give it until next summer to knit. Drink 2017-2022’
