Light straw colour with a passionfruit aroma which is cool-climate and not traditional Aussie. Some green herb and lime leaf hints. Beeswax and honey, too. The palate is intense and penetrating, long and powerful, with bright acidity and a barely noticeable tickle of sweetness balancing the acidity. A powerful, lively, nervy riesling.
