Viognier produced from a selection of plots located on steep hillsides, all fruit is handpicked from the organic plots and aged for 8 months in oak vats. Average vine age is 35 years and drink between 1 & 7 years.
A hint of smokiness & flintiness with extremely pure white apricot & peach, & some chalky nuances on the nose too. The palate has a pure, smooth & supple feel. Nicely compressed & salty minerals. A gently spicy finish & pure white peach to close.
