Made from the best blocks of the Cherubino vineyard in Porongurup, this is a riesling all about finesse, purity and Porongurup's regional stamp. The bouquet has a haunting touch of crushed sea shell, the palate rapidly building a stream of lime zest, green apple and a savoury touch on the banks of that stream. As with all top class rieslings, acidity is the glue that binds.
