Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills was chosen in 1978 by Brian Croser to grow premium Chardonnay specifically for this wine and his famous sparkling wine brand, Croser.
It has a bright pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the rim. The nose exhibits fragrant stone fruit, cashew and citrus laced with dried honeyed characters and soft spice notes. Medium bodied with generous yet elegant flavours of white peach and nectarine coated with wild honey and a creamy nut finish. A long lingering mouthfeel confirms the ability of this 2016 Chardonnay to age up to 5 years.
