Produced entirely from the Pittermännchen GG (85%) and Goldloch GG (15%) vineyards, the Dorsheimer trocken announces itself with an explosion of flavour and broad, but lively acidity (over 8.3g/L TA!)
It is fermented in 50/50 stainless steel and Stückfass, which contributes to the wines overall harmony of flavour, aroma and texture. Stonefruit, baking spice, a hint of salt and a distinct savoury element from the partial 'sponti' ferment.
