Pale, light yellow. Lively aromas of spiced apple and flowers. Juicy and intense, offering terrific definition and inner-mouth lift to its mineral-driven flavours of lemon, flowers and spices. This is the fourth vintage for this wine, from 40+-year-old vines on argilo-calcaire soil. Caroline Gon noted that the soil is deep here but that the vines' roots extend into the mother rock. Very spicy and bright on the aftertaste.
