The Parish Vineyard Riesling is defined by a long taut spine of slaty acidity, balanced by textured complexity, with flavours of wild cottage garden - camomile, lavender, jasmine and grapefruit with aromas of tea rose, cumquat and sea spray.
Quartz-green; an exercise in raw power, it has length, intensity and elemental purity, but I'd be inclined to leave it for 5 years to soften its stance a little.
