This is a lovely wine, though a little different in character from many McLaren Vale shiraz-based wines. Firstly, I adore the texture. It is open, velvety and supple with balanced acidity and tannin. Secondly, I love the freshness that the whole bunch fermentation gives the wine. And thirdly, the balance is superb. It is fragrant, bright, medium-bodied and delicious. 01 SEP 2018 Drink 2018–2021
