Hand-harvested fruit was coldsoaked for 24 or 48hrs before pressing the coloured juice off the grape skins. The juice was fermented cool using selected aromatic yeast. A small portion was fermented in old French oak barriques to add a hint of caramel to the palate

The wine displays vibrant pomegranate and watermelon aromas. The palate has complexity and softness complemented by fresh red berry sorbet notes and a lingering, dry finish.
Super-smooth rosé with peaches and cream, strawberry and a hint of red rose flavours. Made in an off-dry style, its a flavoursome wine with a moderately drying finish. Should have wide appeal19 NOV 2018
