Made exclusively with free run juice, naturally fermented in French oak barrels (20% new) for 8 months, with lees stirring and partial malolactic fermentation to enhance its textural complexity.
Bright, Pale yellow colour. Aromas of grapefruit and pineapple dominate. The palate displays texture, complexity and great length. It’s clarity of citrus and mineral characters reflect the cool climate and high quality fruit. Have it with Roast chicken, crayfish or smoked salmon. It will cellar up to 10 years.
Hand-picked, whole-bunch pressed direct to used French barriques, only free-run 500l/t used, wild-fermented, matured for 10 months with stirring (no mlf). Takes off like an express train as it races across and along the palate.
