Vintage 2018 will be remembered as one of the earliest, quickest and largest vintages to date. The quality if grapes received was excellent, with the warm weather during vintage allowing us to harvest at optimal flavour ripeness.
Made in traditional style, this wine has an aromatic nose of lemon pith and lime juice. The palate shows bright citrus and green apple flavours as well as crisp Tasmanian acidity. The resulting wine has excellent length and is perfectly suited to a range of cuisines, including freshly grilled Tasmanian seafood.

“Very light yellow colour; lemon pith and slight reduction to sniff. High-toned Germanic fragrance. Rich palate, not bone-dry, and has a fair serve of tannin that cleanses the finish. Powerful, and could reward cellaring. Drink 2020 to 2030”.
