A light, bright white with layers of lemon, white flowers, sherbet, rose water and a hint of sea spray. The palate is exciting and fresh greeting you with vibrant acid; preserved lemon, lime zest, crisp nashi pear and green apple ensue.
Inspired, really, putting this grape in the ground in McLaren Vale. Perfumed, green melon and citrus, briny and tight, pebbly texture, light in body, but with sufficent flavour and fragrance. The finish is clean and long, like a cool ocean breeze, with crisp green apple and dried herb. It whispers summer. What a wonderful white.

Reviews for the 2016 vintage
One of the most compelling wines in the Coriole stable, and this the second release: smells of sun-bleached hay, lemon and lime zest but all savoury in its outlook. Love the interplay of acidity and light phenolics then crisp and dry as the sand at nearby Willunga Beach. Oysters a perfect match.
