The wine is made using Dijon Clones 95 & 96 in equal parts, sourced from the Karridale sub-region in Margaret River. The fruit was hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed directly into 60% new French oak and 40% one year old French oak,Juice was naturally fermented in barrel with only 10% allowed to go through full malolactic fermentation.
Fermented and matured for 10 months in new and 1yo French oak. The elegance and detail of the perfectly balanced mix of white peach, pink grapefruit and quality oak reflects the marriage of the Dijon clones and quality oak. The length and balance are immaculate.

This has very impressive, flinty and fresh yellow grapefruit with white peaches and wet stones. The complexity is beautifully judged. The palate has such riveting freshness and concentration. The pithy peach and grapefruit flavors are so, so intense here. Long, fresh and deep. This is spectacular. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
