Mother, wife and business partner, Grandmother Ethel Nancy epitomised family and community. As a community nurse, volunteer, local sports and committee member she instilled the value of being a patron of the community. This wine is named in her honour.
Striking aromas of lemon and peach open up to a palate of tropical stone fruit and lemon. The oak treatment has produced a wine with a wonderful richness and mouthfeel. The wine comes together with fine acid balancing the fruit and oak.
Matured in a mix of new and used oak for 6 months. Weekly battonage helped create a full and creamy mouthfeel and balance out acidity. Drinking best 1-5 years.
