Wallflower indeed. The bouquet is full of high-pitched citrus and wild flower aromas, the palate beating a tattoo of drums with its intensity and insistent length. The name suggests it's a shy and unassuming wine, and I totally disagree with that. The value offered needs no comment.

Grapes were selected from various sites across the Great Southern. Great attention to harvest dates along with gentle de-stemming, minimal use of sulphur and using free-run juice from select parcels of fruit ensured the elegance and purity of flavour was maintained.
Almost transparent in colour, this wine shows great purity and refinement. A frangrant bouquet, with flavours of lemon peel and bath salts all carried along by a velvety texture and long fine acid. Drink with beer-battered whiting with tartare sauce and lemon.
