A discreet application of wood sets off mildly exotic aromas that are composed of mineral reduction, apricot, white peach and ample Chablis typicity. The very rich, impressively concentrated and much bigger flavors brim with dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the powerful and muscular finish that flirts with rusticity but doesn't quite cross the line. This too is good stuff.
