A lovely creamy mousse and persistent, fine bead upon pouring. Complex and heady aromas of brioche, honey, baked apple, yeast and citrus. There's plenty going on. The R3 is drawn from three vintages (44% '13, 40% ’12 and 16% ’14), with an overall blend of 70/30% chardonnay/pinot noir. The multi-vintage approach provides an expansive aromatic profile of apple, oatmeal, soft spice and expressive autolysis notes. Fine, consistent bubbles and impressive fruit stretch taut over a canvas of abundant acid drive and a long, mealy finish. Very impressive.

70% Chardonnay/30% Pinot Noir

Commencing in 1993, Radenti Sparkling was the first premium Sparkling wine produced on the East Coast of Tasmania and it has earned a formidable reputation for quality over the years winning many Trophies and Gold medals at various wine shows.

Surging fine bubbles lift from the glass a glorious aroma of citrus fruit and delicate floral blossom honey. A complex palate displays an exquisitely layered spectrum of flavours from brioche, grapefruit, mandarin and clementine, honeyed nuts swathed with creamy, softy yeasty complexity. With each sip the palate is left refreshed by gentle acidity. The benefit of extended maturation on yeast lees is evident in the harmonious palate and deliciously long, moreish aftertaste.
