Attractively layered aromas offer up notes of spiced pear, acacia blossom, tea and a whiff of wood toast. The delicious, refined and caressing medium-bodied flavors exhibit a bit more minerality on the almost delicate finish that is quite dry, indeed to the point of being slightly edgy. Whether this will round out with a few years of bottle age is difficult to predict but it very well may.Drink 2022+
