Leading with ripe fruit aromas of passionfruit, limes and Meyer lemons the nose then reveals orange blossom florals, the faintest hint of aniseed spice and subtle flintstone minerality. The palate is complex and textural with enveloping fruit weight and balanced acidity. Certified organic, hand-picked, whole bunch pressed and fermented to bone dry.
Ripe citrus, passionfruit fruit and white florals, all complemented by flinty minerality and balanced acidity. A complex and textural wine with great purity and focus.
