Deep red colour with a glimmer of purple, and a properly ripe, earthy, spice and sweet plum bouquet, inviting and complex. No mint evident. It's full-bodied and spicy on the palate, smooth-textured and supple, with abundant soft tannins and a long carry. Excellent shiraz.
