Dark red hue with hints of garnet. A nose of sweet cherry is lifted by hints of violets, lavender and whole-bunch aromatics.
Fine tannin structure is evident on a long, creamy dark chocolate palate with hints of sour cherry. French oak gives the wine structure an poise, along with savoury notes of white pepper and cinnamon. Refreshing acidity, long finish.
Drink now or cellar to 2025.
